I'm supposed to be on the Elderly/Disabled voucher program through PHA/DHA. For some unknown reason, they haven't paid September's rent. I don't have enough funds to pay the full amount and still survive to the next month, as I have a mental disability keeping me from working. Other funding isn't available and I can't seem to get ahold of PHA/DHA through their app to find out what's going on. Even the office here at the complex isn't communicating with me.
