The room is a good size room with a good enough size closet. You would be living with two other fun girls and one guy. The girls have the upstairs bedrooms and the guy has the downstairs bedroom. Washer and dryer included, not coin. Sorry no pets. The house is at a great location, downtown, in front of the river. Not that far from UW.
