As a Lamination Operator, you will play an important role in our production process, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. From feeding and inspecting materials to packaging finished products, you'll be an integral part of the VEKA team. Starting salary: From $22.50 per hour plus shift differential Additional $1 from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm Additional $2 between 7:00 pm - 7:00 am Benefits and Perks: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, profit sharing, disability and life insurance. 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution Opportunities for career growth and advancement with training programs to enhance your skills and support your professional development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in machine setup. Responsible for lamination production. Feed materials into the production process. Inspect products to ensure they meet VEKA standards. Package finished materials securely and accurately. Requirements: Previous experience in a Lamination environment is preferred but not required.
