Job Description: JOB SUMMARY This position supports The UPS Stores and Franchisees to ensure center performance, center profitability, and center compliance. This position assists The UPS Store Franchisees with franchise renewals, center transfer of ownership, center relocations, new build-outs, store placements, and transitions of business. This position provides coaching, counseling, and communication with both Company owned areas and Area Franchisees to optimize revenue and profitability through training and supporting functions. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: --- 5+ years of franchisee experience Preferences: --- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent Employee Type: Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
